  1. Liebe Rosa;

    Die Tante ist in Brody und ich??? fahre nach Wien

    Berta unt di tante

    Dear Rosa, Auntie is in Brody and I [this is not clear] am travelling to Vienna

    signed Berta and her aunt

    This is very poor German [Galician] and may have been written by a poorly educated teenager?

  2. I read it as "und zi fart" -> "und sie fahrt" (this is consistent with "Roza" -> "Rosa" and "di" -> "die").

    So in English it is:

    Dear Rosa, Auntie is in Brody and she is travelling to Vienna

    signed Berta and her aunt
